(the “Company”) is a bank holding company headquartered in Beaufort, South Carolina organized to own all of the common stock of its subsidiary, CBC National Bank (the “Bank”). The principal activity of the Bank is to provide banking services for its domestic markets. The Bank’s primary markets are Beaufort County, South Carolina, Nassau County, Florida, and Thomas County, Georgia. The Bank also has loan production offices in Savannah, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida. The Company attributes its success to local decision making and to delivering superior, friendly, and responsive service to its customers.
